How do learnerships help our B-BBEE scorecard?

Spend on accredited learnerships for black people, including people with disabilities, counts toward the Skills Development element of the B-BBEE scorecard. We provide the documents you need for verification.

Do you source the learners?

Yes. We source and screen learners, including learners with disabilities, and register the learnership with the relevant SETA.

What happens when the learnership ends?

Our guaranteed absorption model places learners once they complete their programme. Ask us how it applies to your intake.

Can you help with SETA grants?

Yes. We help companies apply for mandatory and discretionary grants through the SETA they pay their skills levy to.
